PRE-CONSTRUCTION VIDEO SURVEYS

You never want to get caught in a lawsuit or dispute regarding damage that is claimed to have been caused by construction; but if you do, make sure that you’re protected. Prior to the construction starting, have us carefully go through and document the area on video. We will film all the aspects of the location, including streets, sidewalks, signs, fences, curbs, buildings & more. Each piece will be covered in detail to serve as insurance if a damage claim arises during or after construction. Ensure you have the best form of evidence if you need to defend your company in court. We can film from a vehicle or on foot, as well as narrate all the pre-existing damage.
